Family fun.

So im currently off on maternity leave until january and except for my missing my friends I would love to be a SAHM. But we have a mortgage to pay and others bills to so looks like I have to go back. Whilst i'm off we are trying to make the most of sundays as we dont tend to go out much together.
This sunday was park time.
Caleb is crazy for open spaces and loves to run. Unless there is a squirell and he stops still :-). we fed the ducks.
We spent over an hour over the park and caleb loved it. He didnt want to come home.
Then it was time to do a bit of shopping. Asda was near so we took a walk around. Esmae seems to have a lot of clothes but couldnt resist getting a few more. A dress for mondays wedding, a new coat and another dress.

We have wedding monday and need to finish buying for our clothes. I bought a dress but I dont like the look of it on so im exchanging it for a top then I can wear my black trousers and wedges and hopefully look ok. Steve and caleb are all suited up , cant believe how old he looks. Looking forward to the wedding taxi is booked yey so roll on monday.

We  have decided unless a new housing development comes up and we can afford it we are staying here for max 4 years so after our holiday and wedding next year we are trying to create a homely feel to the flat. Really need to decide what we are going to alter. Heres a list of what needs doing.,

• Bedroom needs new look as it is currently a boring cream not really a place to relax. So once I have decided on a quilt I will work colours around it and sew a few things to.
• Bathroom needs painting and some extras to make it a bit more modern. I wish it had a differenr layout but theres not much we can do about that.
• Kitchen needs completely doing. Think we will need to buy cupboards each month as we have over 10 so will cost alot all at once. Maybe another lick of paint and it will look better.
• Hall needs new carpet and a big family photo so think that will be one of my next creations. Choose a main photo of us all then place other photos around it.

I cant wait to book our hoilday, we went last year and we are going back next june just a few days after the wedding.
We really need to start planning. There is so much to do and choose yet its only supposed to be a small thing ha ha . We arent having a party just a family meal but thats enough just deciding where to eat.
So I think the colour chosen is fusia. I do love pink and cant wait to pick bridesmaids dresses, fingers crossed they will accept to be bridesmaids. Off to change the original date this friday at the church :-)
