I've already done day 4 of body revolution this morning so I haven't got to do it tonight. Think I might try and do it in the day time rather than the night just so i know its done and wont just leave it.
Im finding it ok, day 1 and 2 made me ache the following morning but Im enjoying it. Yesterday was cardio 1 which I have to do 8 times in phase 1. I like it but I enjoy the mix of cardio and the strength training. It defiantly worked up a sweat. I keep stepping on the scales and know I shouldn't . Im hoping for a 2/3lb loss by friday and see some difference in measurements to.

Week 1&2 Week 3&4
Day1-workout 1 Day 1-workout 3
Day2- workout 2 Day 2-workout 4
Day 3-cardio 1 Day 3 cardio 1
Day 4- workout 1 Day 4-workout 3
Day5 workout 2 Day 5- workout 4
Day 6-cardio 1 Day6- cardio 1
Day 7-rest day. Day 7- rest day.
Ive also got laser eye surgery today so doing it before I go seemed the best Idea so I didnt give up for the rest of the week. Im feeling a little nervous but will be glad when its done.
Will post some pictures tomorrow to see if there is any difference.
