2 +weeks of keeping fit

So I am still determined to be healthier. Just over 2 weeks and I'm 4lbs down . Im happy with that. My stomach is feeling less baggy and even my trousers are feeling a little looser.
I have had a break from the body revolution just as its been to hot and wanting to be careful with my diabetes.
My husband has just got the nike download and thats really good. Its a good feeling with doing the body revolution that I can do the moves they ask.
Fingers crossed the weight keeps coming off.

So heres my weight/bmi from before and now.

1st week, 
weight- 181.6lbs
bmi- 31.3
 body fat- 42.4
water %- 42.4

2nd week,
 weight- 178.4
bmi-30.1
body fat-41%
water-43.4

3rd week
weight-177.2
bmi-29.9
body fat-40.4
water % 43.4

Im going to do nike training tonight once the kids are in bed :-)
