2 +weeks of keeping fit

So I am still determined to be healthier. Just over 2 weeks and I'm 4lbs down . Im happy with that. My stomach is feeling less baggy and even my trousers are feeling a little looser.
I have had a break from the body revolution just as its been to hot and wanting to be careful with my diabetes.
My husband has just got the nike download and thats really good. Its a good feeling with doing the body revolution that I can do the moves they ask.
Fingers crossed the weight keeps coming off.

So heres my weight/bmi from before and now.

1st week, 
weight- 181.6lbs
bmi- 31.3
 body fat- 42.4
water %- 42.4

2nd week,
 weight- 178.4
bmi-30.1
body fat-41%
water-43.4

3rd week
weight-177.2
bmi-29.9
body fat-40.4
water % 43.4

Im going to do nike training tonight once the kids are in bed :-)

Day 4 of body revolution


I've already done day 4 of body revolution this morning so I haven't got to do it tonight. Think I might try and do it in the day time rather than the night just so i know its done and wont just leave it.
Im finding it ok, day 1 and 2 made me ache the following morning but Im enjoying it. Yesterday was cardio 1 which I have to do 8 times in phase 1. I like it but I enjoy the mix of cardio and the strength training. It defiantly worked up a sweat. I keep stepping on the scales and know I shouldn't . Im hoping for a 2/3lb loss by friday and see some difference in measurements to.

Here is the plan for phase 1,

Ive also got laser eye surgery today so doing it before I go seemed the best Idea so I didnt give up for the rest of the week. Im feeling a little nervous but will be glad when its done.
Will post some pictures tomorrow to see if there is any difference.

I'm back. Need to get fit.

So a little catch up, 
What's happened since I was last on ,
I got married :-) . Here's some pics , 
I will update properly and put some more pics on, including esmae and caleb as they are growing up so quick.

I started 30 day shred before the wedding and its amazing. For 20 minutes a day it's worth it. So my new journey is jillian michaels body revolution . 90 days of work outs. Just purchased my weights and resistance band. I'm going to try and post everyday or at least every few. 
Here's what I bought.
Time to get fit. I have a fab friend and we are keeping each other motivated. We are both doing weight watchers so can chat about that and also our exercise to.
My next post will be about my weight and measurements I think. Once calebs gone to bed I'm going to get into my trousers and top all ready to go. 30 mins is just enough time so I won't get bored.
