Day 2 of diet !

Yesterday went well and kept within my points even with a few biscuits to mmm. But a hypo in the morning probably wasn't the best for my points allowance as I had a boost plus toast. At least I have my weekly points to keep me ok.
Todays breakfast was wheatabix plus banana. I should also earn a few exercise points as I'm planning on going out so will be walking to.
